This is where the touts earn their seedy reputation. There was not a book offering the game at -2 at the time of "release" and only a couple had -2.5 for literally a few minutes afterward. From about 7:45am, the game was -3 at prices as high as -135. If I get to pick my price, especially around a key number, I could be a tout as well.
