Roy Halladay comes off a loss in his last start, 6-1 to Boston, but we expect him to bounce back here (at an unusually great price!) considering a 117-57 TSR on turf throughout his career. Tampa Bay is ten games under .500 on the road this year and scored just one time off Halladay (solo HR) the last time they faced him after beating him three times earlier in the year. Take Toronto.
