Red Sox try to get back on the winning side tonight, and I say they do it. I have found two nice starter trends in favor of the Red Sox's starter Lester. These trends total 27-0 SU. I also have the Red Sox as 28-9 SU since 2006 when they are off a loss in which they never led and it is the first game of a series. Also, The Red Sox are 15-2 SU since 2005 as a favorite after a loss in which they allowed 6 or fewer hits. Finally, I have the Rangers as 9-19 SU since 2005 at home after a win in which they had 12+ hits and it is the first game of a series. Take the Away team for the win.
