Angels: The Angels have been one of the hottest clubs going 36-16 in their last 52 games. Los Angels is 5-1 in Sean O’Sullivan’s six starts this year. O’Sullivan (3-1, 4.24 ERA) tasted his first loss during his last start, losing 6-2 on the road to the White Sox last Wednesday. O’Sullivan was charged with four earned runs in five-plus innings. The rookie right-hander gave up six hits and struck out three. Tampa Bay has never faced O’Sullivan, who is 0-0 at Angel Stadium with a 5.91 ERA compared to 3-1 with a 3.47 ERA on the road. Leadoff hitter and AL runs leader Chone Figgins is hitless in his last 16 at bats. Vladimir Guerrero is eight-for-24 (.333) since being out nearly a month because of a strained left knee. The Angels are 38-14-3 (73 percent) to the over in their last 55 games.
