Analysis: This is an extremely low total even for a preseason game. Both teams have the right strategy to go over this low over/under.
The Bills will be using a no-huddle offense much more this season. They're going to run a lot of no-huddle in this game thus ensuring more plays to be run. The Titans' defense took a major hit with Albert Haynesworth leaving.
The Titans have a solid quarterback rotation going in this matchup with Kerry Collings, Vince Young and Patrick Ramsey. Young is expected to see most of the action. He can create problems for Buffalo's second and third-string defenses. So can Ramsey, who has looked strong enough in camp to actualy challenge Young for the No. 2 spot. The Titans can also run the ball. LenDale White has lost about 20 pounds. Word out of Tennessee is that Jeff Fisher is prepared to open his offense up knowing his defense won't be as dominant minus Haynesworth.
