    Saturday's Action

    400♦ Colorado Rockies (Action)

Go with the Rockies at home tonight.

Glad to be home the Rockies took advantage of the Cubs pitching change to upend Chicago last night for their 15th straight win over the NL Central. Well thanks to being 42-21 over their last 63 games and winners of 10 of their last 14 games at home I look for the Rockies to continue their winning ways tonight.

Paving the way for the Rockies will be Marquis who not only looks to become the first 13 game winner in the national league, but the righty will be doing so against his former team.

Countering for the Cubs will be Dempster who I bet wishes he would be scratched due to going 4-3 with an 8.06 ERA in his last eight starts against Colorado, including an eye popping 0-2 with a 22.00 ERA in three starts at Coors Field.

Simple, with the Rockies going with Marquis who is due for a win and playing at home I see nothing but a Colorado win tonight.

    All Colorado!

    100♦ Texas Rangers (Action)

In bonus action, I say go with the underdog Rangers as they continue to own the Angels this year. Blasting the Angels last night 11-6 it’s the Rangers who have now won 8 of the 10 series meeting this year, including the last three games which have been in Los Angeles. Now to make it four straight over their rivals the Rangers turn to Millwood who will be well rested for tonight’s game as they righty has lead his team to a pair of wins over Los Angeles in two starts this season. Countering for the Angels will be Weaver who carries a 5.75 ERA in three starts this season against the Rangers this season. So behind another offensive explosion go with the Rangers as they make it 9 of 11 over their AL west rivals today.

    Today's Complimentary Selection

Take the Giants today minus the run line as they bounce back big time against the Reds.

Ugly loss last night as the Reds rallied for the major upset, but no worries here as I expect for the Giants to rebound big time behind Barry Zito who is finally starting to live up to his contract.

Helping the Giants bounce back today will be Zito who at 2-0 with an ERA of 1.93 over his last three starts is pitching his best baseball since moving across the bay.

Meanwhile, for the Reds despite winning their last two games they still suck due to losing 14 of their last 17 games and with Arroyo 0-2 with an ERA of 5.30 over his last three starts I expect for Cincinnati resort back to losing today.

Simple, minus last night’s loss the Giants are great at home and it will show today as they bounce back with a blowout win.
