He was 0-1 with a 6.28 ERA in three starts versus Tampa Bay last season. On the hill for TB young superstar Price goes and even though he has struggled on the road that has not been problem at home going 3-1 with a 3.04 ERA in five home starts this year. KC just can't score runs consistently and TB can put up runs with the best of them.
