The Tampa Bay Rays have been one of the most dominant home teams in baseball over their last 124 games, compiling an 88-36 record, or winning 71% of the time. They are also 42-13 in that same situation, with a total set from 9-10.5, or winning 80% of the time. Matt Garza is a top flight pitcher, who since his rookie season, has never completed a big league season with an ERA over 3.70. Joba Chamberlain has not been as good in a starter role, as he was coming out of the pen for the Yankees, and pitching against teams with a winning record on the season, the Yanks are just 1-4. I'm going with the Rays here.
