BELMONT PARK Race #5 at 3:05 PM Eastern

Top pick: #6 (WILD ENTRY) - Colt raced evenly on July 4 on this surface, his first race in 2 1/2 months. One run type finished second in his three previous tries (all at Gulfstream) and has a nice work on July 16. Trainer (Chris Clement) has had a super meet and is strong second off a layoff (27%). The horse to beat.
2nd pick: #8 (Buddy's Song) - He "clipped heels" last out and lost his ride, so race is viewed as a toss. Previous effort saw him finish second on the turf at long odds to "Laureate Conductor" who won a stakes next out. Factors down the stretch.
3rd pick: #1 (Sao Sebah) - Has speed/stalking ability and last out tried to run with a long gone winner before tiring through the stretch. He should be in this from start-to-finish.
4th pick: #2b (Lieutenant) - German-bred hasn't raced for 13 1/2 months. Has ability and will run first time for H. Allen Jerkens. Work tab is light, but he's a threat if ready.
