If they count that,then I would never bet an over with them unless it was in a dome. For example, I bet over 9.5 on a game and its 5-4 in the 6th when it gets called. Then I get a loss because it went 5 innings. Thats crazy!

Cool. You need to keep him. If I were you, I would look at the weather forecast and/or local radar, and bet the under on every outdoor game that has at least a 50% chance of rain. They get the game through 5 or 6 innings and you are get more than your share of cheap under winners!
