    top notch sports..col. joe chaptan..lem banker

    I have been getting mail from top notch sports for football season anyone ever herd of them? i also got mail from a col. Joe Chapman and a Lem banker all these services seem to be coming from the same city in Baltimore are they all working together ? are they a scam ? Any help would be great. I'm also new to sbr its great i love it. thanks BOL with your picks

    Lem Banker was one of the best handicappers around for football, he was a professional gambler not a tout service. Word on the street is that he turned tout a couple of years ago after some struggles, however I believe people are just using his name to sell picks now, Lem either died or retired.

    A group of losers from KC are behind Banker now. They use his name to sell picks... unfortunately for him his family became involved many years back with some low life cons and he has gone downhill since. Lem was like a god at once time but that was long ago. AVOID at all costs....
