It's been a very rough campaign thus far for Jamie Moyer, but things may be looking up slightly for the old pro. The southpaw has had improved command in his last couple starts, so if there's a breakthrough coming, it could be here. John Lannan has awful numbers against Philly, he's struggled on the road, and considering the differential between these teams, I think the Phllies are actually a bit underpriced today. Play the home team.
