Many thanks for the posting of RAS' picks, Gambler. Do you also have the odds for each? Thanks again.

I guess they think the Big 10 is undervalued.

It doesn't get much better than RAS, however you will never get the lines that they release at. His lines move as soon as the play is released. I was with him for a season and it was incredibly frustrating for the money that you pay. You will always be a 1-1.5 points off the line. If you don't get it close to what he puts out then your best to either wait until gametime until the line settles or play it anyways and hope you don't get screwed by the difference

If it crosses a key number it's probably not worth the play, if it went from -17.5 and ultimately settles -18.5 it might be worth it.

Here we go with the misinformation again.

The lines do move very fast, it can be challenging for anyone to get the release lines before they move, but with that said, it certainly can be done. It is not impossible. It just requires adequate preparation and optimization. You have to experiment with different outs and methods until you find a solution that works for you. Dozens of clients get the release line or better on a consistent basis.

I would have to know exactly what time the play was being released with me at the sportsbook to come close to getting the lines. If I'm at home and get the picks then drive down to the casino its already too late. Even if I used the stations casino online betting site, I will still probably not get the number. I've tried it during college basketball 2 years ago and in the end it wasn't worth it. I lost too many games because of the movement. Only way it would work for me is if I had a bookie that took the bets using the morning opening lines.

I'm not even sure about which part of what he said that you're disagreeing with, lol, other than that basically saying if you sit by your computer on release day, with every potentially slow moving book up, funded, logged into, and ready to go, you MIGHT get some of the released lines, if you're lucky.

your plays are top quality, I don't think anyone is denying that, but the truth is, very very few of us have time to even attempt to get the opener on your plays, let alone succeed at it, and while the service may be worth the money at the winning percentage normally achieved at the released line, it's just too expensive to justify when using the winning percentage at the "adjusted number".

I like his totals better, even though you have the same problem..

Edward is the best, but the service is for a very small % of people. Been a subscriber for 2+ years and I get the line 99 percent of the time and usually have time to hit 1 normal book and 1 book that moves just a little slower. If you are a professional sports bettor or a recreational one with a free schedule and a few outs its something you literally cannot pass up. If you are doing this for fun, have a full time job kids etc, it is not for you. The good thing is, if you sign up and you realize it is not for you, Edward will give you a pro-rated refund. Really cant go wrong here.

I only disagree with the notion that it is "impossible" for subscribers to get the release line. It clearly isn't, as testimony from posters in this thread and many, many others indicates.

I do entirely agree that the service is not for everyone. The price point of the service and the nature of following it is targetted towards sophisticated semi-pro and pro bettors.

So, what qualifies one as a "sophisticated" bettor?

Maybe I'm taking it the wrong way, but I'm almost finding that statement insulting....

I think there is too much talk about line movement. How many times is it going to impact a play in 8 weeks? maybe once or twice? I can understand stressing over it in basketball b/c there are so many more plays. Also, if it's a dead number chances are it matters even less. Neb -17.5 vs 19.5. 18 and 19 are dead numbers. Now if it goes to 20 or 21 thats a different story.

To pay that much for picks is insane. Is not that these guys know if the kicker will make the FG or Eli will/won't throw an INT. Can someone provide an archive verified by someone? Cause I can go right now and make an archive with 70% hit rate and i'll post the link in one hour. Plus testimonials from "clients".

He's legit, and, very well known... I know he went 64% last year and 64% combined over the past 3 seasons (59% in 2010 and 68% in 2009).

Its all documented on his web site. Each and every pick is posted after kickoff. Edward is as good as they get and im sure he wagers on his own plays. He will of course get the line, his wager actually might influence the line before release. The guy is well known amongst the professional gamblers and linesmakers.

Nice. Well, since I am not a sophysticated bettor, I'll just have to watch how he does this season. To pay that much for picks it's way too much for me. Wish him/them the best of luck tho, everyone is on these forums to beat the books.

FYI: In week 1 it seems RAS has seen the greatest success...

    2011 week 1 --- 9-4-1
    2010 week 1 --- 5-2
    2009 week 1 --- 6-2

    RAS

Is the real deal for sure. However like stated its not for everyone. If you are not playing at least 500.00 a wager at min per pick his service isnt for you at all.

    Life is all about Choices.

A sophisticated better is one who holds his pinky up in the air while ever so gently pressing the enter key to place his wager.

Us common folk/peasants (i.e., non RAS worthy clientele) usually just mash the enter key with our index finger or just smash the keyboard and grunt until our wager goes through.

His record is posted on his site, that's true, but unless you are a subscriber with multiple outlets that has the time to be ready when his multiple release times happen, you will never get the lines that he uses to grade himself. that's a fact. I will lose money if I follow him in any sports.
