that's the sign of a responsible bettor and a business man. Difference between saying you had a winning and losing week....all about marketing.

Never thought of it that way. True nice insight. But more like a good business man though.

let's be serious, there are no 'businessmen' on here. businessmen don't bet on sports except on the rare occasion for entertainment. face the facts, we're degenerate gamblers. nothin wrong with it. we want action, not satisfaction

pirates just put up a 10 spot in the 7th

A bird blew my transformer this morning so I wasn't able to get on and look at anything. Don't like to hook my comps up to a generator. Anywho, I wasn't planning on tailing Ferringo on Sundays this time regardless. Lord Ferringo has yet to have a winning Sunday this season, but I was just going to take the day off anyway. Looks like he will about break even this time. I don't like that he played the Padres after losing on the meltdown Reds the past 2 days. Peavy and Oswalt are still fade material, and you never know how Arroyo will pitch.

If I may vent, Alex Gonzalez is one of the worst players I've seen this year, and there are a lot of them. He always has a slumping bat and his defense is just pathetic for an average shortstop. Dusty Baker has played him entirely too long. The guy isn't even good enough for AAA at this point. He's never been good and he's already 32 years old. It's not like he will get any better. I wanted to pull my hair out last night watching that douche fail so many times. That game would have been huge for my bankroll

Man I screwed up I picked LA Dodgers under instead of Angels. What a stupidhead. I didn't bet Phillies because I had them bet already, but I won 3 different Phillies bet's. Hopefully he will go 3-2 and the one canceled game.

"businessmen dont bet on sports except on the rare occasion"? hate to tell you champ, but that is a gambler. A businessman does the research and analysis and looks at the angles, so anybody doing that on here is betting as a business. A degenerate gambler chases bets, does no research and doesnt follow a plan.....which I'm sure there are some on here as well. Sports betting is a business and there are businessmen on here. Very similar trade to stock brokering or finance. Do the research and follow the business plan. Stay within the plan, dont chase the losses and update your information. You couldnt be more wrong.
