The problem with both is that you will get always worst odds from what they recommend and most of the times the lines change (spread and on over/unders)

That's true, I've been following Nitu's tips and the odds or the handicap/ totals presented on BA after the game is completed are totally different from what I see on Pinnacle(what he uses mostly), even after 15minutes he posts his tips. This can only mean that the line truly moves so fast after they send their tips, or is a scam. For example if he bets on a handicap of -3@odds 1.98, after a couple of minutes you only see a handicap of -4@1.7 on pinnacle. There's something fishy here.

I don't believe is a scam, he have the service full so imagine how many guys are betting on the same line with no liquidity on such markets, the same with Milos Nusic the European basket its a not liquid market.

You can see the odds-movement on oddsportal.com and it is like when RAS releases his tips, the lines moves fast but if you look at the scores most of the games are not affected by the movement.

Can't it be that BA has an agreement with Nitu, and his service is closed, but with no subscribers buying his tips, just so that Nitu can post whatever he wants, and develops a bulletproof record, so when BA releases their so called 'second tier' service for Nitu, an hour later after he posts his plays, the line will surely move, and if you don't catch exactly Nitu's tips, you can't blame nobody. So Nitu post 'winning' tips and you end up loosing just because the line moves. I feel there is a conspiracy there

I do not know if that is exactly true. I had an 0-10 run with Nitu last January and I think 4 of those L's were due to movement. I think overall across Laurent, Nitu, Basketer and Rakas about 10% of the losses were due to moves. More so on totals than on sides.

Unlike RAS these plays come out without notice so it is nearly impossible to get the number unless you are tethered to your computer.
