Thanks for posting Igrok. Any more coming up? Do they only do Euro 2012?

  3. #3

until now they do only Euro 2012. Unfortunately they started to charge now for their picks for the rest of the Euro2012. I will not subscribe, for me it is too risky after only around 25 picks...its simply too less picks...even the record is very impressive...but they simulated NBA today and the pick is free:
Simulation result: Miami 95 Oklahoma 85

The simulation for Sunday was England - 2, Italy - 1

Good simulating, but there are lot`s of simulations you need to do if you bet -400 odds. Of course one can hit 10 units instead on one on the game but it is always risk versus reward baby! Sporit nje budjem

I looked at thier site and are these guys using thier X box 3 games simulations to pick winners?

Bcuz thats what it looks like.

They say they developed a system using them, but are they using the actual game sims (the game playing itself) to pick winners?

Would like to learn more on what and how they are doing it.

Take out the word soccer and that's the link.

I'm pretty sure these are the same guys who are trying to simulate tennis and have a shill on another forum. Whatever they're using for tennis is going busto so it's not surprising to see these guys admit on their website that they're using EA Sports, PS3 and XBox to run these "simulations".

lol trying to simulate real games with a video game and come up with "winners" to bet on, now that's some funny shit.

being desperate enough to think you can come up with winners that way long term? totally priceless

I hope no one pays for this crap, lol

Yes, the approach is a little bit funny...nevertheless until now the results are very impressive...but I will not gonna pay for it...by the way, maybe some guys of you remember that during the soccer world championship 2010 an octopus was able to predict the outcome of german soccergames with a strikerate of 90%?

yesterday may be an exception, but the "predictions" yestetday weren't even remotely close. yeah, they were 2-1 on picking the correct side, but they had Milwaukee beating Cincinnati 3-2 (milwaukee won 8-4), Seattle beating Oakland 13-5 (Oakland won 2-1), and LA Angels beating Baltimore 3-1 (LA won 13-1).

I realize this is a small sample
size and I'll admit I only started looking at this thread yesterday, but despite coming up with 2 correct side winners, these "simulations" are about as far off as they could possibly be, I'd say.

I also realize you post this info for free and we are all free to do as we wish with it, but I just have to laugh at the fact that someone is actually selling picks based on video game results.

Thats it! Everyone is free to do with information whatever he wants...lets have some fun

IBM CEO Thomas J. Watson (1943): "I think, that there will be not more than 5 (FIVE) computers worldwide"
Ken Olsen, Founder of Digital Equipment (1979): "Why should someone want to have a computer at home?"
Michigan Savings Bank (1903) about market potential/forecast: "....there will always be horses. Cars are only temporary fashion."

I don't know diddly about soccer, especially when they get into the asian handicap thing, but:

    06/28 SF2 Germany v. Italy - 2:45 PM (ET)
    SIMULATION RESULT

ITALY 3, GERMANY 2 (EXTRA TIME)

Believe it or not the score was 1-0 Germany for a good part of this match until Cassano equalized late in dramatic fashion and forced some extra time. Cassano scored once again in the extra-time to give Italy the 2-1 lead but it was super sub Mario Gomez who came on late in regulation and equalized for Germany at the end of the first period of extra time. However, it was Thiago Motta who scored the winner in the 107th minute to push the unreal Italians into the Euro Cup Final and setup a showdown with Spain on Sunday. Make you join us on Friday Night as we reveal our winner for the 2012 Euro Cup and hopefully we can finish with two winning picks.

PLAY: Italy +0.5 (90 Minutes + Injury Time)

PLAYER OF THE GAME: Gianluigi Buffon (Italy) 6 Saves
