Hughes has tremendous stuff and he's been lights out at Scranton-Wilkes Barre so far this season. But he's struggled badly at the big league level, and will have to prove to me he's ready to get past that mental hurdle. The Tigers are on a three-game win streak and rate the edge at the modest odds tonight.
