    I ordered a freeplay from BetPhoenix on friday. Havent received it yet. Should i just wait a few more days before asking for help.

    BetPhoenix has been up and down all weekend. It might take you a little longer than usual to get your freeplay.

    So what is the rollover requirements with freeplay?

    So you sign up first if you are not on with the book?

    Looks like betphoenix has the best deal, but i am not on with them.

    Bet you got your Betphoenix freeplay. It justs takes a little patience and things work out.
    It usually all gets spent faster than it takes to receive it, so start working towards the next one.
    P.S. Thanks Duke for covering the spread tonight. Washington, you have covered the spread by halftime,
    now I just hope Oklahoma can stay awake til 1:45 am and beat their opponents. Good luck with your bets Ryan.

    I'm a little frustrated because I still haven't received my BetPhoenix cash, and it's been 6 days. Who did you email to get the freeplay? CrazyLou said that he's waiting for server problems to work themselves out, but I don't really think that should change anything...

    Their mail server was effected causing some emails not to be received, or backlogged. I sent more credit requests to them tonight. I'm hopeful that Phoenix will have its mail straightened out by tomorrow afternoon and proceed with the credits.
