Props are played only to win 10 or 20 points - nothing else. Lines should be rounded as follows: Zero to four are rounded down while five to nine are rounded up.

One (1) wager per prop per person and household.

Edited posts are graded as losing tickets, no exceptions.

This book has the right to refuse wagers from any person for any reason at any time.

Players must list the line for their wager as they may change during the day.

The book closes at 12:50pm EST but can be shut down earlier for any reason.

Winning wagers will be paid by noon EST, Monday, 11.16.09 and most likely once games have been completed and official.

Anything else not mentioned will be handled on a case by case basis.
