Posters on here just a couple of days ago were looking for action, like myself.
Now today. POOOOOF! Done.
Yisman was getting 2 pages of Tennis plays a day, now today 10 posts and like 5 of them are mine.
Yesterday at this time I had a bunch of plays on the late football game.
Today, 1 play and the guy didnt even post his points.

Why is the casino such a draw? You can never win in the long run. Eventually SBR will take everyones points who plays on the casino.
I think SBR has created a problem for themselves in a small way.
The point system is awesome. I love wagering against other people. Sometimes they take a team and you take their action and vice versa.
Just like the regular sportsbook, picking winners yourself is really tough to do, so
eventually, when all the points are gone, they will probably wont be on this forum quite as much.
Who wants to go from, lets say, 500 points to 0 and then log on to post to get 6 points a day.
SBR will probably lose people who log on every day right now looking to wager their points. Have a max payout, lets people keep their points longer, thus sticking around the forum.
My opinion anyway.

I would imagine the sbrsportsbook is taking more of your action than the casino. Granted, the casino did eat a bunch of my points, but forum run sportsbooks may be a dying breed now.

post up points and do like rebatewager does.



ex a poster will post up 500 points with you and make bets thru you only and must rollover points 2x

so a total of 1000 points in action and if they go broke you give them a rebate of 10-15%

someone needs to open a post up points book. with bonuses etc change things up

I realized that if you have Patience and a decent knowledge of card games, it is possible to Beat the casino. Yesterday I went into the casino for the first time. I started with 12 points in my casino account and was able to bring that up to almost 200 in 1 hour playing 1 pt or 5 pt hands(occasional double downs and split hands). When i got around 200 I upped my limit to 10-15 per hand and lost 4 or in a row. Feeling the need to make those back i started to play dumb and lost it fast. I obviously should have been happy and left while i was up but it sucked me in haha so if you have control and patience then i say go ahead and try it out. Just set a budget(less than 15% of your points is probably a good idea) and stick to it.

Bigdog makes good points. I was also saying in the other thread that we want to keep the user interaction. Next week we will look for testers for SBR matchbetting. The bets and offers will be imported to forum threads. Hopefully it is as popular as the sportsbook!

I live in Miami Florida

I remember 15-20 years ago or so when the scratch lotto ticket first came out

there was a line out the door of every 7/11 and every store kept running out of tickets

after a month when everyone realized it was a rip off the action died down immensely

yeah, I lost a lot of my regulars. Does the sportsbook even offer tennis? I'm too lazy to check.

What I do know is that a lot of people have gone broke using the casino. It's slanted in SBR's favor, so the chances are good that you'll go broke if you keep playing.

I deposited 20, and withdrew 29 last night. I'm pleased with my 9 point profit.
