What's the deal with the point system? I ordered a pie tonight for 125 points, a pie that never came. I never got any delivery conformation or information as to where it was to be delivered from. How can I get my points back?

I would think its better if it linked to papa johns website and the info can be put in for delivery service. I will give it a try when I get 100 more points.
