It's good that you paid off, Sam. But most people feel like you still cheated and you still stiffed. Going to sleep after you started a thread that said you were stiffing everyone was a bad idea. You don't think there are people on this board at all hours of the day and night? And you still owe two people A LOT of points that you don't have. If I were them, I'd still feel like I was stiffed!

How 'bout YOU start a thread with an actual apology to all the people you left hanging last night? You could start by apologizing to VegasDave who covered for you with his own points.
i didn't ask Dave to do anything, he did that himself, b/c like you said, people stay up ALL NIGHT w/ NO LIVES, b/c they are getting stiffed for 50 points. Get a life people.
If anything it's you and pokernut that should apologize for blowing this non problem into a HUGE DEAL making thread after thread and bashing me in each post, then when I pay you, have nothing good to say.

There were dozens of people who were pissed off at you, Sammy, not just me and pokernut. Your rep was damaged and now you are repairing it. MY rep wasn't damaged because I won a bet and didn't get paid. YOUR rep was damaged because you lost bets with points you didn't have. That's just wrong, no matter how you are making up for it now.
As I said in Player's Talk, I do commend you for trying to make things right. And yes, I do apologize for maybe going off the deep end and terrorizing your threads. But you're the one who made the bed your sleeping in.
People around here will make bets for 5 points and take them very seriously. Hey, they want that free pizza. Myself, I want to save up for a TV. So when it comes to 50 points or 95 points, yeah, people are going to take that seriously. Points are worth real money since you can buy real things with them.
You should have paid up before going to bed. It would have taken a lousy 10 minutes. Instead you wanted to act your age.
