I don't think Utah State is currently part of that conference, whereas Wyoming is.

No I read it, but I also read that they officially joined on Friday. Still think it was an incorrect answer because officially they did joined the conference, but oh well.

Wyoming, who is clearly part of this conference is the answer. Utah St. will be a part of this conference in the future, but they are not curretly in the conference. For example, tell me which conference Utah St. will be playing in this year - because that is not the MWC.
