    Overland Park, Ks a small city? It is the largest suburb of metro Kansas City with a population of 173,000 in 2010.

    It is the second largest city in Kansas.

    Coeur d'Alene Idaho is 97.6% white. Now that's hard to find anywhere.

    They actually considered cities up to 300,000. I've been to Overland Park, KS many times and it always seemed huge to me. I'm probably adding in some of the other small cities & towns around Overland Park.
