    I agree. The root cause of what could be deemed excessive force was the domestic terrorism by the youths. The old man is never in the scenario of protecting his house/life if the little dirtbags didnt violate his sanctuary. fuk those little bastards.

    I don't know what the laws are in MN but in CA people will break into your house, get shot, and sue you. I've literally had law enforcement people tell me it's better to kill an intruder than wound them.
