    Wow! Kind of on a crossroads on this one. The prisoners DID agree to it, so I would say that this saved the state a lot of money in the long run, and probably some innocent lives in the process.

    I wish this was offered to all women at 18, along with a non taxable payment of 25k

    If they are selfish/stupid/incompetent enough to take this, society would be saving much more than 25k from them not propagating
