Jabari Parker Is Clearly Better Than Andrew Wiggins

Yeah Duke lost the game but Parker is clearly a better player than Wiggins and proved it.

Wiggins doesn't have Parker's shooting range, rebounding ability or defensive awareness.

Wiggins has a long way to go if he wants to catch up to Jabari.

    This post is clueless.

Wiggins doesn't have Jabari's all-around game. He doesn't have Jabari's skill set. He can't rebound as well as Jabari, he can't shoot as well as Jabari, he's not as defensively aware as Jabari.

It's not close. Jabari is much better individual player.

Deduced this off of 1 whole game? You now qualify to have your own podcastHoops is team game and both kids are nice players right now. As for the future? To be determined.

You don't need to see a kid play for an entire season to see what he can and can't bring to the table.

Wiggins, right now, is a vastly undersized small forward. He's barely a little over 200 lbs. Jabari could post his ass up all day and not break a sweat.

Look at Jabari's defensive awareness, watch how many steals he comes up with. Wiggins don't have the mindset for defense like that.

    Jabari much better all-around game.

The only thing I got wrong was the outcome of the game. Jabari is better, that is true.

if you were to base a scouting report off of 1 game then Matt Flynn is the greatest qb in NFL. Both kids have bright futures.

First off, good to see you posting. SBR is a much better forum when you post. That is a fact.

Second thing, I think you misunderstand me. In no way am I saying that Wiggins does not have a bright future.

The kid is a great talent. A fool can see that. All I'm saying is that, right now, he's not as good as Jabari.

That is not an insult. Jabari is a fukkin freak. A 6'8" forward who can run the point, post up low, beat you off the dribble, or just drain jumpers all day if you give him space and do it while playing stellar defense.

Wiggins might eventually turn into that and may even surpass him eventually but for now, it's not really close as to who owns the better all-around game.

Top high school prospects are busts all the time at the next level. I am NOT saying that Wiggins will be a bust, far from it as I think they both will be great pro's but I would take him after Parker. I can pull up a million insane high school highlight reels...doesn't mean shit.

BJ Mullins, Austin Rivers, Michael Beasley, Gerald Green...all highly touted #1 high school prospects. And Gerald Greens highlight reel is one for the ages if you're going to base your opinion on that.

    Parker looks atrocious.

He tried to make a move in the post against a triple team instead of kicking it back out.

His numbers in ACC play are beyond horrendous.
