Yeah, just like anal sex with women, sometimes you end up with a little "doody" on your member. That's just part of the territory and it's never bothered me in the slightest. That's what showers are for.
Generally if a guy is prone to being a "shitty f\*\*k" he'll use an enema before getting laid. Some guys even learn to think of them as foreplay. Luckily I haven't run into any of those guys in a very long time. And for the few times I've bottomed, it's never been an issue.
