5Dimes NOT PAYING... $9k5 worth joke

I was thinking long if to post it here or now, but since there are already 2 players having problems with payout, I did it. I can only say that my account was "suspended" for a while, I thought it was because of those kinda DDOS 5 Dimes was having, but balance was on account so nothing that strang. But once they reopened my account, there is 0 on balance and this is what I have in transaction history... I didnt reached Tony Williams, The General Manager yet. I was trying to write emails, only respoes was that he is available on chat, on chat always I am told he is not there, try later.. So if even 5 Dimes cant explain me what is going on and face it, then there is no other way than to public it.
As I was roughly reading some stories from those 2 players, I am really surprised if SBR will help me or 5Dimes only gets another "+" behind the A... Probably + are players not being paid out.. Like ACES draws marks on their planes, so does 5 Dimes with their customers...
There will be no comments from my side for a few days as I saw that more you tell, the worst for you. SBR has my account number, this is what is in my account history. Nobody from 5 Dimes wont tell me more that catch tony and tony probably likes movie Catch me if you can. So hope you guys explain me how A+ book can zero accounts just like that?

so how much money was confiscated in this disaster? How many players were affected?

go on to 5dimes chat....talk to rep..even if tony is not there they will confirm that confiscation has taken place....then post in thread.....

No other scenario I can see that Tony would yank the funds. The precedent has been set, why not?

reikivila, if you're not going to comment for a few days or at least explain your situation to the forum, I'm not really sure the point of starting this thread at this time.

I assume you've already filed a complaint with SBR since you say SBR has your account number?

This isn't the bot, this is another player with the 390% game.

Until the op goes into chat, asks, and posts the conversation..the validity of the thread could be at question. First day non pro account...

exactly why would they just do something like that unless someone did something wrong or cheated the system, who would wanna deal with or pay that. If u get caught for doing something wrong why come on here and complain just suck it up as a loss and move on instead of trying to make everyone think u did nothing wrong, when it all shows up anyway.

5D did tell us there were multiple accounts from the same country mirroring Zabula's situation. Of course each can be unique and we'll collect the hand history if the player states he didn't use a bot but it sounds as if he already believes he is "zeroed out". Maybe WVU can tell us.

I think the suggestion is that scamming OP's tend to PM you all the relevant facts instead of dealing with SBR directly. That's what I got out of it. BTW, has Tony threatened to "send someone to your crib" yet.:D

I was in favor of 5D in the "bot case" and in favor of Tackleberry in the huge "+EV case". One player was robbed and one player broke the T+C.

I imagine that this guy also was using a bot and that is why Tony did what he did. That is nothing more than a (semi)educated guess though.

So are they claiming he used a bot or that he played a game with an incorrect payout?

This has become ridiculous I disagree with players using bots but when a casino tampers with the payout on their VP machine they need to be held accountable for their incompetence. This is freerolling at its finest.

The game would have been very beatable without using a bot and, even if he did, they still have the obligation to prove it... Not saying it isn't the case but I would reserve judgement until the facts are released...

Wow 5dimes is really falling apart.

I used to make a screenshot after big winnings to prove my winning even after a disaster.

Of course I don't screenshot after small winnings, no bookie would take away a 5-10 dollar win, only big ones.

I get where you're coming from but I'm not the first person to suggest it. Someone else did in one of the other 5 Dimes fraud threads. Personally I think it's the best way to deal with a casino ripping off it's players. But I'll respect the rules here and not post anything about it again.

I just can't stand rogue casinos like this and it pisses me off to read all the idiots defending their fraud. I had a much higher opinion of SBR before this week.

Even if you don't like the decisions, there is a significant difference between a slow/no pay and a dispute where reasonable parties can disagree on the outcome.
