I always get a kick out of the paid administrative leave punishment.That's almost as silly and harsh as giving a kid 5 days suspension from school when he does something wrong.It's called vacation!!!Another one that cracks me up is the old buy out of the contract paying a coach that does something awful to leave the school with a huge paycheck.
