Genn Beck a true patriot
Glenn Beck is what I would call the true definition of a patriot. He is passionate about his country and digs to expose these politicians for what they are and are attempting to do. He never liked Bush either by the way. He looks for TRUTH!
What fascinates me most is that it's looking like he was right all along. He admitted several times that 10 years from now, he hopes people will say 'he was wrong'! Nothing would make him happier. That would mean America will continue to be the land of the free and the symbol of freedom which we all should aspire to. What the founders of the USA stated in the constitution. Unfortunately, there is no more doubt there is a different goal by Obama and his socialist buddies who seek to racially change the USA. None.
Obama and all his progressive cronies feel they must be a bigger part of all American lives. More control. They believe they know better. Just look at Obama's state of union speech with his condescending tone, lies and phony tax freeze proposals. I swear he had his fingers crossed behind his back the whole time. That would explain why Pelosi was smiling like an insane person the whole time.
Beck doesn't care if this guy is a progresive democrat or a conservative republican, but does care about his country and where this evil dictator is taking it.
If there was TRUE non biased reporting, Beck would be Time's Person of the Year or won the Nobel Peace prize for passionatley uncovering this admistration's effort to fundemantally change America into Europe. Instead Bernanke, who's job is was to oversee the banks and is largely responsible for the financial melt down and Obama did. Hey, I think I finished second to Obama. I must have because I did as much to earn that award as he did. As far as Bernanke is concerned, Time Magazine only showed what an irrelivant rag they have turned into. Who did he beat out? Mahmoud Ahmadinejad?
Thankfully his efforts have proven to be successful by waking up the average American before it's too late. Scott's Brown's victory put on the emergency brake on the Obama socailist machine. Beck, Hannity and others like them are a huge reason why and should be commended.
f\*\*k the likes of Olbermann, NancyPelosi, Timothy Geithner, Harry Reid, Acorn and all the radical Liberals!
Person of the year

He'll be irrelevant again when Republicans take back over in the future and he starts throwing all the same nutty conspiracy theories at them.

Rush Limbaugh is on radio, not television. FOX news is beholden to their primary voting base, which is largely Republican. Thus why Glenn wasn't even brought in until it became obvious a Democrat was going to win the presidential election. He is the "star of the moment" because he digs into Obama. Once he extends that to whoever the next Republican president is, whether in 2012, 2016, and whenever else down the line, it will be a total turnoff for his television viewers.

Agreed. He's just a ratings whore who feeds the right what they want to hear. A perfect example of his bullshit is the bailouts--check it out below. He said the bailouts were not nearly enough when Bush was in office...now that a dem is in office, he says he hated Bush for the bailouts. He's a piece of shit.

Good point, that is all news channel personalities are these days. They will support something one minute when one guy is in office, then hate it the next minute when a political opponent is in office. It is all spoon-fed nonsense.

Let's face it. We're all at the disposal of the media. None of us really know what's going on without someone on a television or radio giving us their version of it. That's why it's so ridiculous to make statements like "evil dictator" and all of the other comments the right makes about Obama, and yes, that the left made about Bush. People are so easily manipulated--that's why Fox has such an enormous following. Their best personalities(i.e. Beck) excel at spewing fear and propaganda into the minds of the weak. MSNBC does it too.

Of course he does but the far left progressive liberals hate it. They were hoping to radically change America before anyone woke up to see what was happening. Thankfully guys like Beck are around to bring this to light. He isn't left or right but it just happens to be a left wing progressive socialist dictator in power right now.
For those who think that he will be irrelevant once the GOP regains power, think again. He will hold their feet to the fire as well.

It's easy to simply dismiss them as nutty conspiracy theories without pointing out any examples of any so called nutty conspiracy theories he actually pointed out to be just that.
Let us know which ones he was wrong on.

Here's a fun one in which Glenn Beck starts babbling about FEMA camps then completely reverses his position.

really? is that what you consider a nutty conspiracy theory? He got a story wrong and fessed up. Perhaps he said something too soon. Ever heard the saying 'if you don't ever make mistakes chances are you ain't doing nothing to begin with' (something like that). At least he was man enough to admit it.

Uh yeah, claiming a FEMA camp was going to come and abduct you like an old-school SA Hitler hit squad sounds like a nutty conspiracy theory to me. No need to be apologetic, even the Glennsiah can be wrong.

ok ok you're right! He is an awful man with only one goal and that is to deliberately mislead all that watch and listen to him. His goal is to fill your minds with nutty conspiracy theories because he really doesn't have anything better to do with his free time.

It's called an ad hominem. Pretty common liberal tactic when it comes to there "right wing conspiracy loons".
In this case, perhaps Beck was off base, but just because someone was once, they aren't always. Attack the statement, not the poster.

well said
hominem:
1. directed against a person rather than against his arguments
2. based on or appealing to emotion rather than reason
That describes it perfectly

I tried to watch his show a couple of times, and I found him to be semi-retarded. He will cry at the drop of a hat, more so than Dick Vermeil, and some of the ideas he gets in his head are just, well, retarded. With all that being said, I wish him no ill will. He just isn't what I want to watch.

I backed my claim up. Also, since you want to talk about logical fallacies, your hasty generalization about liberals was quite up there.

Some people believe that Mark Sanchez and Vincent Chase look alike. False. Mark Sanchez and Vincent Chase are in fact the same person. Fact, they are both African American. Fact, they are both beet customers of mine. Fact, they they have the same CC and social security numbers. Some say I know a lot about Mark Sanchez and Vincent Chase. Well, maybe I am Mark Sanchez and Vincent Chase. I will be drafted by the San Francisco 49ers, and I will become assistant starting quarterback behind Shaun Hill.

Good...because in the case of liberals, I don't respect much. If people want to give away their own hard earned money, go for it...no one in the United States of America (short of a UNIVERSAL SMALL % of your taxes) should have the RIGHT to take it from you.

The Shrute's consider children very valuable. In the olden-days, the women would bear many children so we would have enough laborers to work the fields. And if it was an especially cold winter and there weren’t enough grains or vegetables, they would eat the weakest of the brood..
