Default Very easy to send internet letter to Rep/Senator Links/Letter provided:

Very easy to send over internet using links below. Form letter from another site is attached.

http://www.house.gov/writerep/

http://www.senate.gov/general/contac...nators_cfm.cfm

Dear Senator,

This letter is a very serious one about our freedoms being lost in America. This is no longer about Republicans or Democrats. This is about America, the land of the free and what is happening.

I like to wager on football and even play a little poker. I am sorry Mr Senator but I am not a criminal.

What is going on recently is a sad story for the American people. In October of 2006 Senator Frist snuck the online gambling bill in to a very important Port Security Bill that crossed a line of trust and faith in America.

Sure there are issues with gambling. We need to take addictions seriously and of course we want to keep our kids safe.

With that being said there are people who are businessmen being arrested and treated worse than terrorists.

I think you will find that most gamblers also do not like terrorists and would like to help anyway we can. Lumping gamblers or poker players with this group is insulting, degrading and flat out not right.

When are the politicians going to step up for the freedom and right as Americans to participate in a no harm hobby?

I urge you and other Political voices to stand up for what is right and protect us Americans from our own government.

Please speak up now. This is critical and what will be next? Please do the American thing and stop this vendetta or crusade if you will on Gambling.

Obviously our country say it’s okay to play the lottery, horse racing and other forums of gambling. Please help Americans and please help America from being the laughing stock.

I am a proud American and my rights are being violated. Please step up and do something about this.

Thank you in advance.

Respectfully,

Too late for peaceful negotiations. They declared war.

The choice now is between pitchfork or Kalashnikov.

What's the point of sending them....they won't read it and instead you'll get some generic automate reply from the Senator/Representative's office saying....."Thank you for your response. Senator ???? is currently taking a hard look at this issue and is looking to make the decision that is best for the American people."

No need to waste time.....

-We have a law that wouldn't have passed normally, so was sneaked in under the radar.

-This law has a grace period of 270 days, which is where we are now.

-The US government arrests two former Neteller CEO's. A police state move in the first degree.

-Neteller pulls out of US market. Not because they don't have a case, -they clearly do-, but because they can't afford the negative rap. (shareholders)

-Almost all other online payment services follow suit.

All because of one police state move against Neteller. What kind of message is this sending to the US government? That a little threat is enough? They are getting away with this because of widespread cowardice. Nobody is willing to stand up and give them the finger. I've never seen anything like this.

Everybody is bullied into compliance with this government. The threat of arrest in this country has a special meaning, because the president has basically bullied congress into allowing him to throw away the key. Thanks to the Patriot act. Remember that not to sign the Patriot act was pretty much considered an act of treason. So was criticism of the government after 9/11.

We have career politicians who sell our votes to special interests. They don't represent us. They represent corporations. Who do you think is benefiting from the war in Iraq?!

And you're going to write your government?

According to the Declaration of Independence it is not only our right, but our duty to overthrow this government.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
"I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me and causes me to tremble for the safety of my country. . . . corporations have been enthroned and an era of corruption in high places will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people until all wealth is aggregated in a few hands and the Republic is destroyed."
-- U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, Nov. 21, 1864

I agree 100 percent. They didn't care before the vote, so why care now. Unfortunately, most incumbents can't be voted out as easily as Leach was in Iowa.
