Talking Obama is the Greatest President we have had in the last 150 years

Never since Lincoln has such a Great President graced our nation with His presence. Many here are too dumbed down to recognize it, and that's a sad testimony to our poor education system here and the fact that so many don't even graduate high school.

Yes and those of us who graduated college know that Obama is not the greatest president we have had in the past 150 years. Breaking promises, raising taxes, and at the same time being a corporate shill.
Wait til the guy proves himself, he has only been president 9 months, if hes the greatest that makes you a racist toward every other white president we have ever had. Teddy Roosevelt, or Ronald Reagan the guy isn't.

Untested in ECONOMY, WAR, COMMUNISM, TRADE SANCTIONS, TAXES, HEALTH CARE, not done one damn thing yet except what the Congress wants him to do. No backbone, and no spine whatsoever to stand up for himself, and is not a southern black, is a kenyan half breed.

Jesus said few would recognize Him when he came back, likewise Obama. Half of the American people do not recognize His greatness. Half are too blind and ignorant to recognize the next Lincoln is here.

LOL, yeah and that doesn't address why the guy has never introduced one single piece of legislation on his own, why he hasn't kept his promises, and why he is largely an untested president.

He's so much like Lincoln in stature, along with his inspirational speeches. We have not had a President this great since 'ol Abe. My guess is in a hundred years, Obama's Memorial will be right beside Lincoln's, on the Washington Mall.

First of all, in just a few months, he saved us from a Great Depression. Alot of you folks on the right don't take this threat very serious. A Great Depression in this age, would be total chaos. We are talking military control, martial law, government food lines, 35% unemployment, no real banks, many if not most major businesses closed down. Obama saved us from that economic & financial armageddon scenario. And he did it DECISIVEly while the ignorant were protesting it. The ignorant protesters would have rather had a 20 year period of world chaos. Thankfully, we have the next Lincoln as President.

While the conservatives and their ignorance continue to try to hold America back, Our Great Leader will lead America into the New Century, the New America, with boldness and audacity. We should all have Great Pride in Our Great Leader.

Obama, meanwhile, fared poorly in a poll of Virginia voters.
In the survey, conducted by Public Policy Polling, 45 percent approved of Obama's performance in office, while 49 percent did not. Fifty-one percent said they were opposed to Obama's plans on health care, while 41 percent favored them.
The pollster conducted the survey of 576 likely voters Sept. 25 through Monday. The poll had a margin of error of plus or minus 4.1 percentage points.

As they said in Pulp fiction, "Lets not start sucking each others dicks just yet." Obama really hasn't done anything yet, and you really can't judge a guy from 9 months of job time when several presidental policies take at least a decade to be fully implemented and acessed. I'm not even willing to say that he has had a good start. The economic mess is still there, they have just masked the problem with short teerm gains that will have long term effects. Stimulus that isn't going to work in my opinion, along with a health care bill that will undoubtably suck either one way or another.

If by chance though, if he can preside over an avoidance of economic decline, and somehow get us some reasonable health care without totally jacking up the cost, then start a green revolution that puts us on the path to leading the world in energy production through renewable sources, and also find a way to keep us safe from the wacos that want to kill some of us in the most spectacular ways possible, and does all this while in office, then I would be prepared to say that yeah, he maybe the best President ever, or at least the best during my lifetime, but he hasn't done anything yet, so let it play out before we give him the crown, and chisel his mug on Mnt. Rushmore.

And lets not forget the American public is starting to disapprove of Obama more and more.
His poll numbers are going down fast.
He'll be a has been in the next election if an independant candidate that vows to end the lobbying in Washington steps up. (They all do, but he lied about that too!)

Keep in mind, Mr. Reagan's stimulus in 81' didn't reverse the unemployment trend , 10.6% at its high, until 2 years after he took office. GWB didn't reverse rising unemployment until he started the B.S. WAR in IRAQ almost 2 years after his 1st day in office. Employment usuallys lags 6-12 month behind the stock market & economy's bottom. Given the tough circumstances, I think he's done a good job so far and I am optimistic Obama's stimulus, once all of it has been unleashed, will eventually reverse this current unemployment trend.

Todays stock market prices say differently. Back to 200+ point drops on bad circumstances that continue with no end in sight. I don't expect Obama to fix it overnight, but he needs to keep the miniscule gains he has posted or he is just as worthless as the rest.

I think the man has tremendous potential. We will see. Must remember we have a ton of idiots that are praying he fails, led by the biggest idiot of all Rush the drug addict. Also, a ton of R's that just refuse to cooperate in this health bill fiasco. Everyone on this planet must know it is a serious problem for the American people.
The R's would rather the status quo. How stupid is that? Look at the stats concerning the burden health insurance is placing on our citizens and how it has increased as a percent of total spending. Something must be done.

Naturally the crazies have convinced many people about the evils of socialism.
Problem is I would wager a kidney most of these people don't even know the definition of socialism. Credit must be given to the crazies they know how to tell the big lie and how to scare the people. Bush did it with terrorism, now they are doing it with Socialism.

A little bit early to judge the man. No doubt he is very intelligent, I think most people would prefer the smartest guy in the room to be the leader. We didn't have that for eight years and look at the results.

Shafted, your infatuation with Presidents Lincoln and Obama wouldn't have anything to do with Lincoln freeing the slaves and Obama being colored, would it?

You do realize that not everyone living in the U.S. is black?

I can certainly understand your strong association with the above mentioned presidents, but don't expect others to share your same views (with brain-dead Dante being the obvious exception).

I can promise you this, I care as much about black causes as you do about white ones.

By the way, Obama isn't God because if he was then Jesus would have been black. Maybe SATAN but certainly NOT God.

Dante, take a long walk down the streets of Harlem and see how far your politically correct beliefs get you. Strike up a conversation with the racist white-hating Jeremiah Wright while you're at it.

This is accurate. Unemployment will definitely take time to fix. Many economists agree we are done with the recession or on the cusp of being done. Now we just have to worry about recovery which typically takes many months. Reagan, the guy the GOP praises so much, took Congressional hits in 1982 due to the recession. Obama will likely have to deal with it as well.

Healthcare does need a fix, and it starts with funding existing programs. A good 30,000,000 people would get coverage if existing programs were strengthened and that can be done with less than 1 trillion.

One of the biggest problems we got is the loss of value of the U.S. dollar, caused by outrageous govt spending and printing of money that has flooded the market. Look at the value the U.S. dollar lost against major currencies throughout the world. http://www.x-rates.com/d/JPY/USD/graph120.html

This will prove to be ALL of our undoing if they (The Obama Group) do not stop spending and printing.

Just think...if McCain would have been elected.

We could have had a guy in the White House that didnt even think there was anything wrong with the economy 3 weeks before the election......"The Fundamentals Of Our Economy are Strong"

We could have had Sara Palin as our Vice-President........a heart beat away from getting this nation ready for the end of days.

    ohhhhh godddd too funny

And dont forget Phil " Lets let the investment banks regulate themselves" Graham as McCain's Financial Advisor or SEC Chairman. I wonder if "we are in a mental recession" still.

Oh how much better off we would have been ..........

    Dear Mr Obama,

Just like Clinton, you rescued us from a BUSH disaster. You have a tough job sir; you're a decent man trying to compromise with a GOP Nutcase of adulterers, hippocrites, obstructionists, traitors & racists; basically the scum of the earth. Yet you keep trying to bring them into civility. Please just F them and take the mandate that the people gave you to do the right things that you were elected to do. Stop trying to be accepted by these creeps, they can't see beyond your color. Besides do you really want these perverts hanging around the white house near your daughters ?

    Sincerely,
A Ron Paul voter that is pulling for you.

    How did Clinton rescue us?

Oh thats right, he got handed the TECH BOOM and DOT COM BOOM on a silver platter (Which had had nothing to do with in any way whatsoever) .... Which created hundreds of thousands of jobs overnight, inflated businesses and real estate, and when it burst, who got stuck with it?

You do not get it, this is not about sides. This is about our well being, the money you earned, invested, inherited, procured, saved or brought to your possession in what ever matter WILL be worth much less. Our currency is losing value rapidly which means This process of spending and printing money like a drunkin' sailor must stop for our own survival. I hope that you have bought out of the dollar. GL

Your right, but the Fed and Treasury secretary are addicted to the rising market and manipulation to keep it going up so that people can feel better about their 401K, and companies get a chance to place money in their pension funds. Look at UUP (dollar)on the chart and compare it with the DIA (dow jones) chart. The more the dollar goes down the better the dow does because 40% of the earnings in the dow come from overseas. If the dollar is worth less overseas, it takes more of it to purchase anything so when the currency gets converted back to dollars, there are more of them.

Along with the neocon ex-congress pushed this country to the far right and into pockets of the warlords, insurance, drug, bankers and oil barrons. Obama is trying to bring some of that wealth back to the middle class and slay the fascist neocon pigs in the process.

If Obama is able to convince his people to work harder and stop commiting so much violent crime, then perhaps I would agree with you about him being the greatest president in the last 150 years.

Shafted, you call yourself a Ron Paul supporter but I would bet you disagree with the vast majority of what he stands for.

Ron Paul is 100% against any "transfer of wealth" and is dead set against Obama's socialized medicine agenda.
