    ID for this
    ID for Union votes
ID to attend the DNC Convention

But ask for an ID to vote to elect policy makers....racist

Make all the bullshit comparisons you want, but there is no further debate about what the motivation behind voter ID laws is about.

Its called common sense. I had to show my ID to use my DC today on a $2.13 purchase. Are you saying my right to vote is not worth more than that $2.13? Let's say hypothetically voter fraud has never happened. Isn't it a good idea to keep the horses in the barn by having ID policies to stop it, than to let the horses out of the barn, and having to round them up later? If ONE person fraudulently votes, then my vote potentially becomes worth less than that $2.13 purchase I had today. Its not a matter of "has it happened?". Its a matter of "why allow it the chance to happen?".

The Brennan Center is more respected than any bullshit you can come up with. What do you consider a more reputable source on the subject, Breitbart? That jerkoff O'Keefe? Fox "news"?

Feel free to pull up any of the studies from the link I posted and debunk it for us...

Isnt it obvious that people will try and vote under someone elses name? With all tax dollars politicians have sway over somebody is going to take advantage of this obvious glaring hole in the electoral process.

I don't have a problem with showing ID, I have a problem with the Repubs being on the ropes,
because of their ineptness the past 4 years. They can't run on their record so they make laws to
suppress voters. Still can't wait to see the outcome from those Repub manufactured voting machines.

That's where we will have to disagree. I see the suppression as the opportunity being open for someone to illegally vote, due to lack of proof of their identity. That suppresses the vote of the person that legally voted for the other candidate.

Remember when M c Connell publicly stated the Repubs will do everything in their power to keep
'bama to one term? Remember when that idiot from PA said with voter ID Mitt is assured victory?
Now tell me what this law is all about.

I believe that's just feeding into the monster that all voter fraud happens on the Democratic side. He said that at a Republican State Committee, so you're more apt to hear something like that at that kind of function. As far as what McConnell said, Harry Reid called Bush a "liar" in 2004, Gingrich wanted Clinton to resign, and Tip O'Neill always had something to say about Reagan. All that is, is the current climate of politics.
