    Is Barack Hussein Obama a traitor who needs to be tried for treason?

    Barack Hussein Obama on January 20, 2009 put his hand on the Bible and swore an oath to this nation to uphold and enforce all of our laws and statutes.

    Now a few years later he is purposefully not enforcing federal immigration laws, leaving states like Arizona hanging out to dry because Arizona is the one who has to face the problem and deal with the pitfalls of it, with no way to help themselves, while Obama & Co. are far far away from the border in precious Washington D.C. surrounded by gates and guards. Out of sight, out of mind they say.

    Regardless, Obama is clearly violating his oath of office by not enforcing the laws he swore to uphold, as well as not protecting this country from foreign enemies(illegals).

    I think he needs to be impeached and tried for treason.

    No where in the oath the President take does it say he will "uphold and enforce all of our laws and statutes" of the United States... Next time you going to premise your argument on Peter Pan pixie dust bullshit might I suggest you not waste the keystrokes?
