You do realize that Rasmussen doesn't poll people who use cell phones, right? Landline only. Know a lot of Obama supporters who have landlines these days? You know how he says that he makes up for this, by using randomized internet surveys that he says are taken across demographics. Gee, I wonder how he gets these people for these internet surveys, self selection bias much. In other words, Rasmussen polls are complete bullshit.

Why would I question that poll, every poll I've seen in the last month has showed Romney's likeability in the 30-40s and Obama's likeability in the 60s. It would only make sense giving this likeability gap that Obama is much more liked than Romney head to head. Likeability is only one factor of whether or not people will vote for a candidate, so that poll is not shocking and it doesn't mean that Obama has a 30-pt lead on Romney on who people will vote for. Hell, Mitt Romney himself said that he believes Obama is a nice guy, just that he doesn't think he's fit to be President. Rational people can separate liking a person from thinking they would be good public officials, I'm not sure that you can.

Furthermore, I would wager that if you broke down that Rasmussen poll it would also show a substantial lead for Obama among women voters, just like when you broke down the poll of Santorum and Romney it showed Romney with a substantial lead amount women voters despite the race being close, it also showed that Santorum had a substantial lead among men, just as I'm sure the converse of the ABC poll shows that Romney has a sizeable lead among men(although not as sizeable since Obama is winning by somewhere right around the margin of error right now in most legit polls, of which Rasmussen is not one).

I do like, however, that the best response you can come up with to my argument about how the poll you cite is bullshit is that I'm a liberal democrat(not true but whatever floats your boat) and instead of answering the claim that I made you ask why I didn't make another claim. Why not just answer my question, is it because you have no good answer and would rather employ some misdirection?

That includes Obama’s largest margin to date among women, 57-38 percent. He trails by 8 points among men." SO he's winning women by 19 pts and losing men by 8 pts, and winning over all by waiting for, 7 percentage points. Color me completely shocked.

Polls are for sheep to follow and make a decision from. My poll says 'bama and Mitt
are the same as Bush. Save more of your money boys, we are going to need it for
another 4 years and beyond.
