What a ridiculous thing to say, for one thing, does he realise that more than 10% of americans should be classed as the very poor? With the huge unemployment in the country and growing levels of poverty I dont know why someone didnt mention to him that his attempts to make him look like the 'modern day average American man' instead make him look more like a member of an isolated elite than ever before.

If you don't like it, don't watch. I don't know where the fixation on fox news comes from. Its completely hypocritical to constantly criticize fox news, when MSNBC is just as bad. MSNBC, however, is unabashed about its bias. Who cares if someone pitched the idea of a conservative network to Nixon in the 70's. "Uncle Rupert" can broadcast whatever he feels like on his network. Not all conservatives watch fox news, nor is it this idol of the conservative movement that you try to make it out to be.

I personally have my own thoughts and logic on things. Not a big 24 hr news watcher.
I only subject my self to 1/2 hour of local and 1/2 hour of Diane Sawyer. Anything
more, right or left might poison my brain.

Some things I think, might be liberal and conservative. I'm a Dem, because I'm for the
little guy and I believe my party is for them, but I also believe one's hard work should
go rewarded.

Today's Repub's are bought and paid for by the corps. The corps don't
want to reward hard working people who took them to the top. Once they used them
up after 20-30 years, it's out the door. Just talk to people and hear the horror stories.

I don't think that's right, but there's nothing that can be done by one man.

It's not commons sense to admit you don't care about people unless they can help you win the election, it's "Romney" sense, guy will say anything to get elected, but sometimes he will still say the wrong thing as he did here.
