Now Romney is a shoe-in it will be an announcement that he is throwing his support behind Romney ... (he waited until now to hedge his bets .. wouldn't want to be seen to be on the wrong side now would he)

Of course he also has a new series to promote that is starting in a few short weeks ... but it probably has nothing to do with that ....

Isn't it amazing that not one R candidate or for that matter anybody attempted to correct the birthers. At least I have never heard one, maybe it has happened but if it has it is extremely rare. At least McCain said "no ma'am" to the woman who called Obama a Muslim or an Arab.

Neither. He will endorse Romney. Come on. First. he loves rich white guys. Second, Trump isn't going to throw his hat behind a loser (Gingrich) in Nevada right before he gets trounced there. Romney will win Nevada big and Trump wants to stand there clapping behind him, feeling like a winner.

Well, we already know that Ron Paul is on the bottom of his list. Good for Paul, who would back up his talk, unlike Mr. Blowhard has so far. He had me on his side a year ago, until he slipped out the back door, after getting confronted with some scrutinizing from his opponents. The Obama affair was legit, well, until Trump slipped out that same door, again.

I guess I was wrong. I forgot that Mitt said not to the Trump debate and Newt said yes. You don't cross the Trumpster. Still, curious timing. Newt will get crushed in Nevada. Maybe his buddy Adelson paid him off.

RENO, Nev. – A source close to Newt Gingrich's campaign says real estate mogul and reality show star Donald Trump intends to endorse Gingrich's GOP presidential bid.
Trump is set to announce his support Thursday in Las Vegas, where Gingrich is campaigning in advance of Nevada's Republican caucuses on Saturday.
Trump's backing would bring the former House speaker a blitz of media attention heading into the contest and following his defeat in Florida.
Trump announced Wednesday that he was to make news in the [COLOR=blue !important][COLOR=blue ! important]presidential [COLOR=blue ! important]race[/color][/color][/color] but did not say what it was.
Asked about the possible endorsement Wednesday in Reno, Nev., Gingrich said he had "no idea what the Donald is going to do."

Looks like I was right after all. He didn't really like Romney but now that he's become inevitable, he has to back the winner.
