I thought those preemptive wars were suppose to put and end to this. We recently had a seal team rescue American hostage in Somalia and all the right wing nut jobs were jumping with joy because America kicked ass and killed all the hostage takers and anyone think of doing something like this would think twice before fuking with America. Not only is this policy a dismal failure, it has encouraged them to line up and take their best shot.

I think countries and citizens would prefer that kind of operation. No innocents would be killed.
