That's cool. I thought Newt had one good answer and that was his reply on keeping tuition costs down. That being said, he offered very little in the way of substance. He criticized Obama for a bit, he deflected some questions, and in one part of the debate he seemed to be stalling a question and Maria Bartiromo had to ask him if he wanted to answer the question.

So I thought it was very up and down for Newt.

Newt, to me, seems like the smartest of all the candidates and would crush Obama in one on one debates and thus ensure the end of the Obama administration. That is what I wish to happen. I don't have the same feeling if Paul was the nominee.

The problem with Newt, besides being a bloodthirsty warmonger who would get us into countless future wars, is that he has already been involved in a scandal himself.

He was essentially booted, that is, forced to leave, from his position as speaker of the house, because of it.

Ron Paul is as squeaky clean as it gets. Married to the same woman for 54 years, no one ever accused of anything improper. Never flip-flopped and switched his positions even once in over 30 years of public service. Is a veteran who served with honor.

Do not compare Newt Gingrich to Ron Paul ever.
