I think it's being held up until the collusion software is properly in place .I think Sbr will protect their most valuable assett

collusion is always a potential problem but i think the advantage isn't as great as some think
this happens in live games too, i know a lot of people that used to signal "if i riffle chips with my right hand i have top pair, with left hand 2 pair, etc"

SBR is determined to deal a clean poker game. But we have found this aspect to be particularly challenging. Bottomline is we are confident in the software and fraud detection that is currently under development. If you played in the initial beta game you will see extraordinary progress in all aspects of the software next month.
