El Donko Loco v. SBRCasino.com; scam blackjack tourney lawsuit filed!!!!

New York City -- A lawsuit alleging SBRCasino.com used defective decks of cards in its recent "hour of blackjack" that was included in a website-sponsored promotional event has reportedly been filed in the United States District Court, E.D.N.Y., on April 15, 2014. The lawsuit alleges that SBRCasino represented that "single-deck" blackjack would be played. However, numerous players recorded the entirety of their one hour sessions, and repeatedly documented that the dealer in the game was dealt an inordinate amount of aces and face cards, such that the game could not have been dealt from a single deck. For example, plaintiffs allege one video shows that in the span of only 52 cards being dealt, the dealer received eleven aces -- an impossibility if a single deck of 52 cards was being used.
The lawsuit is seeking minimal monetary damages, as the paltry stakes routinely offered by SBRCasino give the website's players little opportunity to earn any real money. Accordingly, each of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit is demanding only a few hundred dollars per player, but they are seeking an award of punitive damages in the seven-figure range. The plaintiffs are also seeking "special relief" in the form of an injunction prohibiting the gaming website from operating in any aspect within the United States, and a hearing on that request is set for April 24, 2014. The lawsuit is also seeking a deportation order for any SBRCasino.com employees found to be residing within the United States who are in the country illegally.
A request for comment sent to SBRCasino.com was, in typical fashion for the reportedly shady website, left sitting in an inbox for days with no intelligible reply. Several telephone calls placed to the site were answered by individuals with Mandarin accents shouting in broken english phrases such as "you ... no call here no more, bigboy" and "suckkee, fckeee, five bucks G.I!!! Hey soldier boy....... oh wait..... dis de pohhh---kerrr line.... no understand you, cowboy!!!" The Associated Press quoted one of the players on the site, a well-known professional poker and blackjack player playing under the alias "El Donk Loco," who has been infiltrating the site for months with numerous phony identities and aliases as stating, "SBullshitR's blackjack hour was typical SBR, rigged and certainly not single deck blackjack, of which I am a master. I'll be glad to see the suck-ass site shut down within the U.S. -- I only wish our lawsuit had gone farther and specificially requested the return to Tijuana of a certain SBullshitR employee whose last name rhymes with "Chewwwwwwwwww." El Loco then emphatically stated that certain other players who lurk in the website's putrid shadows could "suck his fcking diickk, particularly Kock-N!!!!!"
