Rollover locked up in SBR Poker for several users

Anyone who was playing Friday night when the software crashed has been having issues getting their points that have been rolled over out of SBR Poker. Any way we get can a fix?

My rollover points are locked up and I wasn't playing when the software crashed.

On any of the accounts that won't rollover for you, does it show any chips in play? The account that won't rollover for me shows 9 chips in play even though I am not playing.Originally Posted by daneblazer
