I made a $50 deposit into their poker site and I won about $560, the next day I log in my account and my account is disable. Here is the transcript that I chat with the customer service.

Dude cake network is a scam, stay with fulltilt and stars also bodog is doing real good for me rightnow, there is no deposit or withdrawl issues at these sites. Good luck and see u on the felts.

same thing happened ot me depsoited 50 bucks about 2 years ago got it up to 1200 tried cashing out and they gave me same explanation...

they take your money when u lose but when u win they have a the same excuse everytime

Thats another example that u can trust just very small ammount of sites... Poker stars, Full tilt , ipoker network. I wouldnt bet my money anywhere else as some software jsut looks like fake, not tlaking about issues after depositing. But if u played with some other people form the same ip adress then they are correct. as some poeple do such tricks. even im playing with my next door mate just for fun on poker stars. So imagine what would happen if we both or better 3 of us owuld start playing 6 handed sit and goes on the same table? It wouldnt be fair I guess.

A lot of the online poker rooms are overly skittish about any 'suspicious' activity on an account, especially after the string of scandals recently.

FTP did this to me, claiming that my account was 'associated' in some vague way with other account(s) that may or may not have been involved with questionable banking activities.

I pressed them for details and customer service flat out refused to correspond with me. I searched the net for information regarding FTPs administration and ownership and began an email and letter writing campaign outlining my extreme upset with their customer service department and their handling of my account and detailing for them who I am in real life and how important my reputation is to me in a variety of ways.

After about two weeks of this I must have bugged someone to some level of frustration as they re-opened my 'case' and decided that my vaguely tangential involvement was innocent. They allowed me to open a new account and made good on my bankroll.

To this day, I have absolutely no idea what unscrupulous activity I was supposedly involved with that prompted the abrupt closing of my account.

HEY GUYS , I have to say PLAYERS ONLY is Great, I am from Germany, normally it is for US and Canada Only , I didnt knew that when I signed up,but I signed up made my 1st deposit via neteller and within I week I won a few hundred bucks , I phoned them and explained what happened , that Im from Germany but would like to play on their site, they have accepted my account , i cashed out and had my win credited in less than 24 hours, the only thing to say about cake network is , you can have only 1 active rakeback account, its allowed to play on all cake sites but only one account is eligible for rakeback
every time i had contacted support so far they were friendly and helpful and solved my problems in no time, gl to all from Germany

Any of you that are bashing Cake are way off base. Sportsbook and Players Only which are the same sit have had issues i agree, however Cake is extremely solid and if you use an E Wallet they process withdrawals in less than 24 hours. I know of absolutely no one that has ever lost anything to cakr for no reason! Do not put Cake in the same category as SB poker or Players Only, the only thing those 2 sites do is use the Cake server for there poker room!
