There will be hardcore vetting once qualification is over. Folks that go to the trouble of masking their true IP will be thoroughly interrogated and forced to pass a physical presence test of some kind.

I am 100% Canuck and I don't believe I have ever (I could be wrong) accessed SBR from a US location for the last year.

Also, I can with almost 100% accuracy detail all of the potential areas that I have been on to access SBR.

Lastly, I have not and never have used any IP masking or redirection software ever......!
