My suggestion would be to start from scratch or maybe move on to a different poker room. It's frustrating because you expect them to appreciate your feedback and the desire to get in a game. It sounds like their chat guys get that quite often and his hands are probably tied.

In Ruaidhri's defense, a lot of those responses are auto-created by actions within the chat. Many times I have gotten a "hi how can i help you?" after the coversation was over or when the chat guy was switching back and fourth between customers. Some of these reps have 8 chats going at one time.

Your best bet is to write an email with "attn Mgt." in the subject line.

do you normally go on chat functions just to annoy and humiliate people. Is that what you do, why not go out and meet some people instead of taking all your frustrations out on some phone jockey. I've looked at your previous posts you really are pissed about something why not see a psychologist I think you may have an issue.

OK< I have read it again .. I sound a twat .. I know .. but, I had this all on Wed night .. the sarcastic "how can I help you?" .. right in the middle of a chat .. jeez, it was a legit complaint .. and you just get the finger flipped .. I know the customer isnt always right but this is ludicrous surely?

Customers are usually going to be a little strung up when contacting cs .. namely, because they have a problem .. these guys expect a doffed cap and a toe rub and then maybe they will actually listen to what you say.

In my defence .. have you guys ever heard me complain about a sports book, poker site, casino .. in the years I have been here .. I have never been so cross (And, I may add, I have of course been jipped out of odd amounts from places but laughed it off .. but sarcasm from CS??)

Bill .. yes, fair points .. its not the end of the world but I was (and remain) utterly bewildered by the "attitude" from CS.

The other posts .. fair enough .. one of you has just joined solely to vehemntly disagree with me (not suspicious at all of course .. their only three posts appear within minutes of this ... crikey .. and they are absolutely scathing as well .. jeez) .. the other I have no knowledge of .. but fair enough.

Like I have said .. I am cross .. I wasted an hour woth this CS person on Wed .. same "flipped finger" attitude .. well, much worse actually ..... but I reckon I will survive .. just a flesh wound!

Natrass did bust into the chat like the Kool-aid guy and maybe Ruaidhri never had a chance. But, sometimes in CS you just have to take it for the company because as far as the user's concerned, you are the the company. Gambling can be an emotional past-time and when the player takes timeout to give some feedback or look for help he doesn't want his concern to be down-played.

Bill, appreciate your view .. bear in mind I was rankled anyway.

For instance, 25 minutes at 7.15ish waiting for a game .. one comes up .. eventually ... hurrahh .... registrating in 10 secs, 9, 8, etc ... at 0 I was there .. and "sorry game full" .. again!!!
Why have games they always fill with "mystery" customers (hence my question about the waiting list)?

I had asked about this on wed .. same old "I dont know what your talking about but deal with it and get away from me" or "how can I help you?" right in the middle CS.

To be honest, I could care less .. its a two-a-penny game anyway .. just its what I know now .. so hated to change ..

As for the CS, I do agree ... they should not be abused, mocked or riducled ... they should be respected even when you are angry at their incompetence and I should have been better I admit (I was totally teed off tho) ... but when they start giving the customer "some" ... just bizarre .. hence my post.

Natrass, I dont have anything against you, I just felt(after reading the dialouge) that you were out of line. If that is the CS rep, good for him/her for defending himself/herself. I think it would just be cool to drop the issue on here and if you really feel you were treated unjustly, write an email to CS or management like Bill suggested.
