The whole Raider organization is a joke. They draft poorly, coaching is atrocious - penalties have continued for years, and its the first game of the season and half of the guys look like they don't care. They are getting their ass beat in every phase by a middle of the pack Denver team. They are a horrible team to watch as well.

He's actually a good coach. Just that he doesn't have the players necessary to run his system because Davis drafts horribly and signs washed up free agents.

Imagine had they not passed on Jay Cutler in 2006.... then they could've drafted A. Peterson in 2007.... that could have been their backfield for the next 10 seasons.

Russell and McFadden are going to be pretty good in a year or two. This was Russell's 2nd career start and McFadden's first game as a pro. Give them a break.

Yes they will be fine. Its got to be difficult though to command respect at the pro level when your demeanor is of a 30 year old or younger.

Dont need to taste the same meal 100 times to know it sucks. I'm tellin ya they are busts. I'd rather have Cutler and Peterson which they couldve had.
