Default 1st coach to be fired?

Early front-runners.

Marvin Lewis
Mike Nolan
Rod Marinelli

Should be fired but won't:
Jack Del Rio

Bengals looked horrible. It looked like they had no hustle on the Flacco TD. Goodbye Marvin.

Linehan is def gone first. Unless he pulls a playoff out of his azz. He is so bad he makes Martz look like a competent coach.

Linehann of the Rams should not make it to next week. The talent looks to be there, or maybe they are just names.

dan reeves proved in 1998 that head coaching matters when he took an avg atlanta falcons team to the super bowl

jeff fisher and norm chow took an avg tennessee team to the playoffs last yr

if you don't think coaching matters in the nfl, you're kidding yourself

Marinelli is unlikely but they did fire Mariucci early in the year. Drew Stanton will be starting soon however

Carson Palmer, TJ Houshmandzadeh, and Chad Johnson don't constitute a shitty team or a 10-point offense, IMO.

not a shitty team at all, but a shitty team chemistry

imo, if the bungals do not make the playoffs, that team will be dismantled except for carson palmer, everyone else will be expendable, esp. marvin lewis and ocho cinco

bungals main problem is no defense, which has been there problem for yrs and yrs

imagine that, the architect of the ravens super bowl defense in 2000 cannot field even a decent damn defense in cincy

Yeah, Lewis will be lucky to make it to the end of the season. I thought the offense of the Ravens would be nonexistant, but it was the other side of the ball today. 154 total yards? yikes!

Should have included Lenihan. He might be the favorite. What was he thinking kicking a FG down 38-0?

Lewis.

If you can't beat a rook Qb who got the start 'cause the other two couuldn't play, you're bad. Lewis lost control of the team a few years back, and never regained it, never will.

Were he white he'd have been gone last year. His ethnicity may give him another year, through '09.

Romeo Crennel should be the #1 candidate to be fired. He's down 21 in the 4th quarter with just over 10 minutes left and he kicks a field goal when its only 4th and 3. A second grader can coach better than that guy.

Linehan makes Martz look like Vince Lombardi. Atleast with Martz the offense was entertaining to watch.

I think I'd put my money on the homo who can go into a game favored by 9 and lose (San Diego's coach) on the last play.

Norv Turner is the #2 candidate, he can't beat Romeo Crennel.
