How do you not challenge that play? The ball was clearly out of bounds

In college, the coach only has one challenge -- besides why the hell didn't the replay officals stop the check the play?

How about the refs make the right call. Both of them were easy calls.
Any idiot could see he lost yards yet they spot the ball for a first down. |

Also what about running every play in the 1st quarter with the wind, then throwing into the wind, stupid gameplan.
