I don't think Obama made a firm stance on anything yet.

Hmm. He was smart enough to oppose the war in Iraq and the $2 trillion deficit that has resulted from this administration and the Republican controlled Congress (of which John McCain voted 95% along party lines). Their war, spending spree, and tax cuts have crippled our economy and foreign policy for years to come. Is that not enough?

What has McCain done?

You didn't answer a single question posed to you across the street, not a chance I'm responding here.

I don't have an opinion on Palin yet.

I strongly oppose most of what she stands for though.

Try a different rally cry because this one was beaten to death in 1992.
Clinton only left with the highest job approval rating in 50 years.

Bush Sr supposedly had tons of experience but was one of the worst along with his idiot son.

The fact of the matter is neither of the candidates have any experience leading the free world. It's a learn on the job kinda thing. The great ones have been the ones that make good decisions and Obama has certainly shown that.

What points, Monkey? Barack said he opposed the war. Great. Hurrah!!!! So did every Demo across the board. he has done nothing regarding politics. So I guess we should elect you President since you opposed the war.

Would you really like someone to list off all of the things Obama has done?

I could do that, and you could do it for McCain. It would prove nothing, period.

Let me guess, you think because McCain served in Vietnam, he is better equipped to handle the miliatary?

You didn't answer a SINGLE thing I posed in that thread. You are just trying some more baiting tactics.

Tell me this: what specific skills does one acquire in ones 5th - 25th+ year in the Senate that "qualifies" one to be President more than the skills one would obtain in year one through four?

Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner. Exactly. Is there really a clear winner that instills the confidence in the American people from either party? This has to be one of the weakest nominee elects from both parties in history.

I don't understand the question.

It's dumber than the one you asked in the teaser thread (and that's a tough feat to accomplish).

What has he done regarding what?

Being the halfwit that you are, you may also fail to realize how difficult it may be to pass legislation in a Republican controlled Congress and White House but I'm sure that simple fact hasn't crossed your mind. Dissention is pretty much the only tool a Senator can use in that scenario. And his dissentions include several MAJOR policies for which John McCain supported, the current administration enacted, and our country will be paying for dearly and attempt to recover from for years to come.

The Republicans instill less confidence than the Dems, at this point. The Republicans cut taxes but increase spending more than the Dems. Welcome to $8.5 trillion in national debt and growing by the minute. Whether I will vote Libertarian or Dem remains to be seen.

Believe it or not, Don. I respect this. I dont care if you agree with the Republican party or the Democratic party, you have at least left your mind open to the possibilities and gone from there. You lean Democrat....fine. That is what makes this country great. What I have a problem with is the youngsters that have no clue about politics, but are voting for Obama because it is hip and they have been taught to hate Bush. Most of the posters on here and other forums that dog Republicans are 80% under 30 years of age.

Here are a few Obama policies that some of you Republicans can bite on for a while:

1. Fiscal responsibility: paying for the insane budget deficit that Republicans have rung up that effects our economy negatively with enormous impact.

2. Leaving Iraq: I know this may sound crazy but we would actually allow the country to govern itself and focus our energies on finding the ACTUAL perpetrators of the 9/11 attack.

3. Labor rights: Giving power to the working class so that the widening gap between rich and poor dissipates rather than growing exponentially.

4. Amending NAFTA and other trade agreements: Not allowing our companies to eliminate U.S. jobs for cheap third world labor.

5. ALLOW SPORTS BETTING, YOU RETARDS!!
